Stars: Si King, Dave Myers
Director: Dave Myers
The Hairy Bikers return with a new series in which they cook some of their favourite comfort food. From feasts for friends and family to meals inspired by pub grub, they create the ultimate feel-good dishes.
S1 E1: Cosy Suppers
Dave Myers and Simon King cook some of their favourite comfort food. The Bikers cook dishes perfect for cosy suppers, including a new take on steak and chips.
S1 E2: Spice It Up
The duo cook dishes guaranteed to turn up the heat. Including a spicy new take on a family favorite with their roasted spiced cauliflower cheese and they take inspiration from the Caribbean with a plate of jerk pork chops.
S1 E3: A Taste Of Cumbria
Dave enjoys a taste of his native county, Cumbria, as he and Simon cook recipes with great local ingredients. Including a comforting supper dish made from Cumberland sausage and the ultimate Cumbrian dessert, sticky toffee pudding.
S1 E4: Come On Over
The duo cook the perfect dishes to share with the people we love. These are indulgent treats for when family and friends come on over - a baked cheesecake, a crowd-pleasing terrine and the ultimate beef sandwich.
S1 E5: Pub Grub
The Hairy Bikers cook some classic pub food with a twist, giving a new look to a traditional pudding, taking on the north-east's chicken parmo, and revealing the secrets behind the ultimate fishcake.
S1 E6: Classics
The Hairy Bikers reveal the secret behind their ultimate biker burger and cook two of their favourite desserts - a showstopping meringue and a modern take on a classic banana split.
S1 E7: Posh-Ish Nosh
The pair push the boat out, using top-notch ingredients in special recipes to create showstopping dishes. They've updated an old favourite, the rum baba, and are making the most of a great cut of beef in a traditional Greek stifado.
S1 E8: Nostalgia
The pair cook dishes that conjure up childhood memories, holiday favourites and tastes of days gone by. The Bikers cook a Lancashire hotpot just like Dave's mother used to make.
S1 E10: Crowd Pleasers
The chefs cook dishes to feed a multitude - just the thing to impress guests or to fill up the family. Their salmon pie with spinach and hollandaise is a showstopper and their chocolate and cherry buns makes a perfect centrepiece.
S1 E11: It's Cold Outside
Si and Dave cook dishes for when the temperature drops and the weather calls for good hearty cooking. Oxtail soup with herby dumplings, a vegetarian chestnut and mushroom pie and a new take on an old favourite, treacle sponge.
S1 E13: A Taste Of Northumberland
It's a trip back in time for Si as the Bikers cook dishes from his home county - Northumberland. This means a celebration of local seafood, a traditional lamb recipe and a new way of serving his favourite ice cream.
S1 E15: DIY
Si and Dave tackle dishes that you never dreamed you could make yourself. But they prove that homemade can beat shop-bought when they prepare gravlax, jam doughnuts, their own corned beef and even an Indian favourite, paneer.
