Stephen Fry joins the chefs at their end-of-the-pier cafe. Recipes include apple pie the Essex way, sustainable seafood risotto, and veggie chilli.

The menu goes vegan to recreate one of actress Jessica Chastain's favourite meals. Jimmy pimps up his popcorn. And the boys look into fortifying plant-based milks.
S7 E9: Patrick Stewart
Jamie and Jimmy bring back memories for Sir Patrick Stewart. Jamie makes a burger, Jimmy creates a rotating garden, and they discover how to reuse grain from brewing beer.
